The Brilla Membership is a Beauty Bank program. Your monthly membership payment builds a balance you can use toward services and retail products while your membership is active.

Each month, your membership fee is added to your Beauty Bank balance.
Your balance accumulates over time and can be applied toward eligible treatments or products at checkout.

Your Beauty Bank balance does not expire as long as your membership remains active.
If your membership is canceled or terminated, any unused balance is forfeited 90 days after your last payment. Meaning, you have 90 days to use your credits.

No. Beauty Bank funds:

• Have no cash value

• Are non-refundable

• Are non-transferable

• Can only be used by the enrolled member

You may apply your Beauty Bank balance toward:

• Aesthetic services

• Wellness treatments

• Retail skincare and products

All services are subject to medical approval and provider availability.

While your membership is active, you receive 10% off or 20%( tier dependent):

• Botox / neuromodulator units

• IV nutritional therapy

• Microneedling with or without PRP

• Chemical peel sessions

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

Yes. Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.
After the initial 3 months, your membership continues month-to-month.

The membership fee is $50 per month for B-tox membership, $69 per month for Gold VIP membership, and $99 per month for Platinum VIP membership, billed automatically.

You may cancel after completing the initial 3-month commitment.
Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.
You are responsible for any charges during the notice period.

Once your membership ends:

• Your Beauty Bank balance is forfeited if not used within 90 days after your last payment

• Discounts and member benefits end immediately

• No refunds are issued for unused funds

If payment is not successfully processed within 7 days of the due date, your membership benefits may be suspended or terminated.

No. Memberships and Beauty Bank balances are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.

No. All services provided under the membership are elective and cosmetic and are not billable to insurance.

Yes. All treatments require a consultation and medical clearance to ensure safety and appropriateness.

No. Individual results vary, and no guarantees are made regarding treatment outcomes.

Brilla may update membership pricing, benefits, or policies with notice.
Changes will not retroactively affect Beauty Bank funds already credited.
